Nathan Kennedy
Nathan is an experienced civil litigator, in practice since 2000. Over that time he has worked for the majority of the large insurance companies in Australia developing strong skills in torts, administrative law and dispute resolution. Since 2009 Nathan volunteered at Marrickville Legal Centre developing skills in more generalist legal areas including debt, fines and consumer law. In 2011 he received his LLM (Human Rights and Social Justice) from the University of New South Wales including making the Dean's List for International Human Rights Law. Since that time Nathan has served on the national committee of Australian Lawyers for Human Rights including two years as President. He has also developed skills in human rights advocacy, law reform and media relations. Since 2014 Nathan has volunteered with the Refugee Advice and Casework Service (RACS) developing skills in refugee law.
